Hozzávalók:
A mázhoz: (én most nem tettem rá)

Elkészítés:
Az egész tojásokat habosra keverjük az édesítővel. Amikor már jó habos, akkor keverés közben hozzáadunk 3 evőkanál frissen forralt vizet és tovább keverjük.
Végül a többi hozzávalót is belekeverjük. óvatosan és Papírral bélelt muffin-sütőbe adagoljuk egy kanál segítségével. Minden mélyedést 2/3 részig töltünk meg a masszával.
180 fokra előmelegített sütőben kb 20 percig alatt megsütjük.
Amikor kihűlnek akkor lehet rátenni a mázat. A máz hozzávalót alaposan kikeverjük, és a kihűlt muffinok tetejére simítjuk. (Nálam ez most elmaradt)
Tipp / megjegyzés:
Reggelire készítettem magamnak, pár napra elég lesz, 10 darab muffinom lett ebből a mennyiségből. Nem túl édes, kellemesen citromos, tulajdonképpen semmi extra, de reggelire tökéletes.
