Töltött gombafejek sült krumplival

Elkészítés:
A gombák törzsét eltávolítom.
A hagymákat, paprikákat, paradicsomot, zöldeket felaprítom.
Serpenyőben kevés olíva olajon a hagymákat megdinsztelem, hozzáadom a darált húst, majd a paprikát, végül a paradicsomot, és az aprított gombatörzset, együtt dinsztelem.
Átteszem egy keverő tálba, beleütöm a tojást, a zöldeket, fűszerezem, összekeverem.
A gombákat megtöltöm, beleteszem a serpenyőbe, melybe kevés olajat öntöttem, közéjük rakom a krumplikat, 180 C fokon hőlégkeverésen megsütöm, a végén grill fokozatra kapcsolok.
Tálalás: A tányérra 2 db gombát, 2 db krumplit és 3 szelet paradicsomot helyezek. petrezselyem levéllel díszítem.
