Sajtos-kolbászos muffin

Sajtos-kolbászos muffin

Hozzávalók:

  • 25 dkg liszt
  • fél cs. sütőpor
  • só (ízlés szerint)
  • 10 dkg sajt (reszelt eidami vagy trappista)
  • 3 dl tej
  • 1 db tojás
  • kb. fél szál kolbász
  • 1 púpozott ek. mustár
  • 5 dkg margarin (olvasztott)
  • őrölt kömény (ízlés szerint)

Adagok: 4 főre Gluténmentes: nem
Nehézség: Nagyon egyszerű Laktózmentes: nem

Elkészítés:

A lisztbe bele tesszük a sütőport, a sót, a reszelt sajtot, a mustárt, az olvasztott margarint, az őrölt köményt, az egész tojást és a végén pedig bele öntjük a tejet, és jól össze keverjük az egészet.

A kolbászt felkarikázzuk.

A muffin papírokat bele helyezzük a muffin sütőformába, majd a masszából egy evőkanállal teszünk minden mélyedésbe, és ráhelyezünk egy-egy szelet kolbász karikát. Erre pedig ismét egy evőkanál masszát kanalazunk. (úgy,hogy befedje a kolbászt). Mindegyik mélyedést így megtöltjük.

Előmelegített sütőben 180 fokon kb. 25 percig sütjük. (Nekem ebből a mennyiségből16 db sajtos-kolbászos muffinom lett)

Langyosan és hidegen is finom.
