Sült lazacfilé mángold ágyon csiperkegombával
Hozzávalók:

Elkészítés:
A halat sózom, borsozom, facsarok rá citromlevet, és beteszem a hűtőbe.
A mángoldot csíkokra, a fokhagymát apróra, a gombát félbe vágom, a répát megpucolom, az édes krumplit, félbevágom, majd felszeletelem.
A lazacfilét háromba vágom., beteszem egy olívaolajos serpenyőbe, bőrével lefelé.
Egy nagy serpenyőbe öntök olajat, belerakom az édesburgonyát és a répákat, fűszerezem. Amikor félig puha, megfordítom, hozzáadom a gombát és a mángoldot.
Fűszerezem, a mángoldra rászórom az aprított fokhagymát.
Ekkor bekapcsolom a lazac alatt is a tűzhelyet, kis idő után megfordítom, fűszerezem.
Amikor kész, tálalok.
A tányérra teszek a párolt mángoldból, ráhelyezek egy szelet lazacot, mellétálalom a zöldségeket, díszítem citromszelettel, olívabogyókkal, petrezselyem levéllel és chilipaprikával.
Tipp / megjegyzés:
Az édes krumpli ára eléggé húzós, ezért bár ízre nem ugyanaz, normál krumplival, esetleg csicsókával helyettesíthető. (Az utóbbit sokan édes krumplinak nevezik., de semmi köze hozzá se rendszertanilag, se az ízt, formát, színt tekintve) Mángold helyett használhatunk spenótot, azzal is nagyon finom.
