Elkészítés:

A csirkemelleket éles késsel középen szétnyitjuk, kiklopfoljuk,sózzuk.
A csirkemellek egyik oldalára helyezünk 1-1 szelet sajtot, sonkát, paprikát,lila hagymát, majd a hús másik felét ráhajtjuk.

A szokásos módon (liszt,tojás,zsemlemorzsa)bepanírozzuk és bő olajban közepes lángon kisütjük.
Tálalhatjuk, hasábburgonyával, salátával, párolt zöldséggel, rizzsel,vagy krumplipürével is.
