A tészta összes hozzávalóját a kenyérgép üstjébe tesszük és bedagasztjuk a tésztát. Majd kivesszük és letakarva, langyos helyen 15 percet kelesztjük.
Elkészítjük a tölteléket.
Aprítógépbe tesszük a lekvár kivételével a hozzávalókat és finomra őröljük. Végül annyi lekvárt adunk hozzá, hogy jól kenhető masszát kapjunk.
(Ha nincs késes aprítónk, reszeljük le a csokoládét és kristálycukor helyett porcukorral,készítsük a tölteléket.)
A megkelt tésztát négy egyforma részre vágjuk. Egy cipót, lisztezett felületen kör alakúra kinyújtjuk majd rásimítjuk a töltelék felét. Kinyújtunk egy második tésztacipót és befedjük vele a tölteléket.
Pizzavágóval vagy egy éles késsel 16 cikkre felvágjuk, majd feltekerjük a kifliket.
A másik 2 tésztacipóval is így járunk el.
A kifliket sütőpapírral bélelt tepsire sorakoztatjuk, egymástól kicsit távolabb, majd a tetejüket lekenjük egy felvert tojással.
200 fokra előmelegített sütőben, 15-20 perc alatt szép aranyszínűre sülnek.
