Beletesszük a 2×2 cm-es kockákra vágott sertéslapockát is, és fehéredésig pirítjuk. Felöntjük lecsóval, vagy hozzáadjuk a friss paprikát és paradicsomot, őrölt borsot, és az őrölt pirospaprikát is. Pörkölt alapot készítünk.
A rizst megpirítjuk kevés olajon, majd felöntjük kétszeres mennyiségű vízzel. Puhára főzzük, majd hozzákeverjük a már megfőtt pörkölthöz. Összekeverve kicsit összefőzzük. (így átveszik az alapanyagok egymás ízeit) Vigyázzunk ne főzzük túl! Apróra vágott petrezselyem zöldet is tegyünk hozzá, mielőtt egy utolsót keverünk rajta.
