Fahéjas-túrós csiga

Hozzávalók:

  • 50 dkg liszt
  • 50 dkg túró
  • 1 dl tej
  • 20 dkg porcukor
  • 1 cs. vaníliás cukor
  • 10 ek. olaj
  • 1 csipet só

A töltelékhez:

  • 2 ek. olvasztott vaj (vagy margarin)
  • 8 ek. porcukor
  • 2-3 ek. őrölt fahéj

Elkészítés:

A hozzávalókból könnyen nyújtható tésztát gyúrunk, majd lisztezett deszkán 5mm vastagra kinyújtjuk.

A tetejét lekenjük a felolvasztott de már nem forró vajjal. (így a porcukor és a fahéj majd szépen rá tud tapadni)

Egy szita segítségével megszórjuk a porcukorral és a fahéjjal. (ne sajnáljuk belőle)

Óvatosan az egyik végétől fogva feltekerjük, majd 2cm-es csigákat vágunk belőle.

Sütőpapírral bélelt tepsire sorakoztatjuk, szorosan egymás mellé.

180 fokra előmelegített sütőben 20 perc alatt megsütjük.
Fahéjas porcukorral meghintve kínáljuk.

Melegen a legfinomabb.
