Elkészítés:
A csirkecombokat megmossuk, szárazra töröljük, majd sózzuk, borsozzuk őket. Tűzálló tálba sorakoztatjuk, és 200 fokra előmelegített sütőben 15 perc alatt elősütjük.
A meghámozott hagymát felkarikázzuk, azután gyűrűire bontjuk, és a felforrósított olajon megfuttatjuk. Egy száraz grillserpenyőben megpirítjuk a kimagozott, cikkekre vágott almákat.
A hagymát a csirkecombokra halmozzuk, majd elrendezzük mellettük az almacikkeket, és alájuk öntjük az almalét, az alaplével együtt. Rátesszük a rozmaringágat, végül az egészet visszatesszük a sütőbe és 45-60 percig tovább sütjük.
