A krumplit pucoljuk meg és vágjuk fel kisebb kockára. A vöröshagymát, és a medvehagymát vágjuk fel apróra.
Az olajat hevítsük fel, majd adjuk hozzá az apróra vágott vöröshagymát, és pároljuk üvegesre. Ezután adjuk hozzá az apróra vágott medvehagymát, és pároljuk pár percig, majd adjuk hozzá a krumplit is.
