Hozzávalók:

Elkészítés:
Előszór a padlizsán krémet a hozzávalókkal, jól elkeverjük,félre tesszük.
A lisztet mély tálba öntjük, a közepébe mélyedést készítünk, bele morzsoljuk az élesztőt, hozzá adjuk a sót, cukrot, padlizsánkrémet, a langyos tejet, majd a zsírt,és a 2 tojást. Az egészet jól össze dolgozzuk,és lisztezett gyúródeszkára borítjuk.
Ujjnyi vastagra kinyújtjuk, és mint a kalácsot fel csavarjuk, kissé meglapítjuk,és még egyszer össze hajtjuk.
Ezután lisztezett gyúródeszkán 20-percet kelesztjük.
Ha meg kelt, két ujjnyi vastagra nyújtjuk, és közepes pogácsa szaggatóval kiszaggatjuk.
Egy 39×36 cm-es, és egy 18×25 cm-es sütőpapírral bélelt tepsibe rakjuk, de nem szorosan, hogy elférjenek a kelésnél.
A maradék 1-tojást kissé felverjük, megkenjük vele a pogácsák tetejét, és így hagyjuk még párpercet kelni.
Előmelegített sütőben 250 fokon 30-perc alatt készre sütjük.

A padlizsánt jóval előtte süssük meg és fűszerezzük,így míg a tésztát össze dolgozzuk addig langyosra hűl.
