Ezután hozzákeverjük a többi darát vagy lisztet lassú tűzön melegítve sűrű kását készítünk belőle. Vigyázzunk arra, hogy nehogy odaégjen.
Belekeverjük a vajat és kivajazott vagy nedves tálba, esetleg tepsibe öntjük, hogy megdermedjen.
Tetszés szerint szeleteljük, vagy kiszúró formával kiszaggatjuk.
Ha pirítanánk, azt olaj nélküli serpenyőben tegyük.
