Elkészítés:
A rizst megfőzzük, langyosra hűtjük.
A snidlinget apróra a sajtot kb 1×1 cm-es kockákra vágjuk.
A rizsbe keverjük a snidlinget, tojást. Ízesítjük borssal ételízesítővel, sóval ha szükséges.
A rizsből golyókat formázunk és mindegyik közepébe egy-egy sajtkockát teszünk.
Megformázzuk és szezámmaggal elkevert zsemlemorzsába forgatjuk. Bő olajban közepes lángon kisütjük.
Joghurtos salátát készítettem mellé de adhatjuk köretnek is.
Sült húsok mellé is finom!
