Hozzávalók:

  • 1 doboz konzerv csemege kukorica
  • 1 pohár (200 g) tejföl
  • 1 mokkás kanál só
  • őrölt fehér bors
  • kevés friss, vagy szárított kapor
  • 1 kanál extra szűz olíva olaj

Elkészítés:

A dobozos csemege kukoricát lecsöpögtetjük, elkeverjük sóval, kevés őrölt fehér borssal, tejföllel, vagy ha valaki jobban kedveli joghurttal, (így könnyebb lesz salátánk) és ízlés szerinti mennyiségű extra szűz olíva olajjal.

A friss, apróra vágott, vagy szárított morzsolt kaprot is a salátánkhoz keverjük.

A kapor mellett, vagy helyette illik a salátába a snidling, vagy az újhagyma is. Drágább, de összetettebb ízű, ha a tejföl, vagy joghurt helyett majonézt használunk hozzá.
