Hozzávalók:

  • 30 dkg kelbimbó
  • 2 szelet húsos szalonna
  • 1 hagyma
  • 2 alma
  • 2 nagy krumpli
  • 1 tojás(panírozáshoz )
  • liszt (panírozáshoz)

Szószhoz:

  • 10 dkg vaj
  • 12 dkg liszt
  • 2 dl fehérbor
  • 100ml víz
  • 200 ml dl tejföl
  • fél citrom leve
  • só
  • bors

Elkészítés:

A kelbimbót megpucolom és sós vízben megfőzőm.

Az almákat megpucolom kiveszem a magházát karikákra vágom és panírozom.

A hagymát karikákra vágom és szép pirosra sütöm.

Megpirítom az apróra vágott szalonnát.

A vajból és a lisztből világos rántást készítek ,felengedem a borral, vízzel, tejföllel. Fűszerezem, simára keverem és citromlével ízesítem.

Beleteszem a pirított szalonnát és a megfőtt kelbimbót. Összemelegítem.

Elkészítem a szalmakrumplit
