A gesztenyéket beáztattam egy éjszakára vízbe. Másnap egy késsel X-alakban bevágtam a héját, és hagytam továbbra is ázni, hogy megszívja magát.
Kint volt egy tányérban a teraszon, és mivel esett az eső, kapott vizet bőven.
Betettem egy alufóliával bélelt serpenyőbe, a sarkait visszahajtottam, és 200 C fokra (hőlégkeverés) előmelegített sütőben 20 percig sütöttem, időnként ránéztem, s megráztam a serpenyőt.
A fóliát szétnyitottam, spricceltem rá egy kis vizet, és tovább sütöttem.
Amikor szétnyílt, kivettem, hagytam hűlni, hogy meg tudjam pucolni.
