Elkészítés:
A padlizsánt meghámozzuk és kockára vágjuk. (én nem sóztam be, mert szorított az idő, de aki akarja nyugodtan megteheti) Serpenyőben az olívaolajjal elkezdjük párolni. Félidőnél hozzáadjuk a kockára vágott paradicsomot, a felkarikázott olívabogyót, a zúzott fokhagymát és a bazsalikom kivételével a fűszereket.
Amikor megpuhult a padlizsán, beletépkedjük a bazsalikom leveleket is. A végén feta sajttal szórjuk meg.
Fogyaszthatjuk fokhagymás pirítóssal, de sült húsok mellé is kiváló köret.

A sütemények azért kapnak kiemelt szerepet a blogban, mert a drága férjem minden reggel édességet reggelizik, ezért itt majd csak kakaórockernek becézem. Szinte napra pontosan egy évvel ezelőtt még egy motivációs tényező jelent meg az életemben, hiszen kislányom megszületésével újabb kritikus érkezett a családi asztalhoz... Ha ez az oldal csak annyit ér el, hogy bármelyik olvasó elkészíti az egyik receptem és ezzel örömet szerez vele akár magának, akár másoknak, már megérte...
