Kolbászos póréhagymás töltött burgonya
Hozzávalók:

Elkészítés:
A burgonyákat alaposan megmossuk, majd sós vízben héjában megfőzzük.
A póréhagymát vékonyan felkarikázzuk. A kolbászt és a szalonnát apró kockára vágjuk. A sajtot lereszeljük.
A burgonyáknak lehúzzuk a héját, hosszában kettévágjuk és a belsejét kanál segítségével kikaparjuk.
A szalonnát kipirítjuk, megfuttatjuk rajta a hagymát. Rátesszük a kolbászt és 5-6 percig együtt pirítjuk.
Levesszük a tűzről és elkeverjük benne a tejfölt és a burgonya kikapart részét. Sózzuk, borsozzuk.
A fél burgonyákat kivajazott tepsibe vagy jénaiba tesszük, egymás mellé majd megtöltjük a kolbászos töltelékkel.
A tetejüket megszórjuk reszelt sajttal és előmelegített sütőben 15-20 perc alatt szép pirosra sütjük.
